Di Francesco asks for consistency

Sassuolo boss Eusebio Di Francesco has urged his side to find some consistency as they prepare to take on Cagliari tomorrow.

The Neroverdi host the Isolani on Saturday, looking for the three points that could take them on to 27 points – level with Bologna in 17th.

But with the Sardinian side having just appointed Ivo Pulga, the tactician is aware that their opponents will be at their most dangerous.

“We have come off the back of a very good result against Atalanta,” he told a Press conference.

“But our goal now is to find some consistency in our results.

“We’ve made mistakes and been unlucky, but we have to start winning on a regular basis.

“The arrival of Pulga will certainly give them a boost, and they have players who can decide a game at any moment.

“We’re all feeling good though. My lads have the right attitude. As long as we give our best, we’ll be fine.”
