Bundesliga outfit Wolfsburg are reportedly interested in signing Inter’s Fredy Guarin to bolster their midfield.
The Colombian international only recently signed a new deal to keep him at San Siro, but his relationship with Nerazzurri fans has come under increasing strain after he almost moved to arch-rivals Juventus in January.
Now, respected journalist Gianluca Di Marzio is reporting on his official website that the Germans are keen on taking the 27-year-old to the Volkswagen Arena.
According to the article, the player’s agent Marcelon Ferreyra is currently in Milan and has been discussing his client’s situation with Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio.
However, if Guarin is to leave the club, it is said that any deal would not take place until after this summer’s World Cup in Brazil.
