The Bianconeri are reported by the Gazzetta dello Sport as in continued negotiations with the Gialloblu over their 21-year-old winger, whilst it continues to be accepted that the club have already reached provisional personal terms with the player.

The latest position is believed to have the Old Lady prepared to pay €23m cash for the Argentine-born star, whilst Verona sporting director Sean Sogliano is still asking for €27m, but is seen as likely to drop to €25m.

The Gazzetta indicates that the position is up for review with Beppe Marotta and Fabio Paratici shortly, whilst a second offer of €21m plus Fabio Quagliarella reportedly also remains on the table.

Reports yesterday indicated that Milan had first dropped out of the race to sign Iturbe, and then suggested they were back in with a bid of close to €28m.
