Parma’s latest appeal against their Europa League exclusion in favour of Torino has been rejected.

The Ducali finished above Toro in the Serie A table, but were denied a UEFA licence by the FIGC due to financial irregularities.

There were some outstanding payments and the Europa League preliminary round place was handed to Torino instead.

Parma have seen several appeals turned down, including today’s legal action in front of the Consiglio di Stato.
