Juventus scouts watched Portugal Under-21 international Ruben Neves this week and consider an offer to Porto.
According to Tuttosport, director Fabio Paratici was spotted in Holland to observe the Under-21 match with Portugal.
He was specifically there to view 17-year-old midfielder Ruben Neves, who in his homeland is considered to be the ‘new Paulo Sousa.’
He won’t turn 18 until March, but scored on his Primeira Liga debut in August and has also played in the Champions League.
Neves was captain of Portugal in the Under-17 European Championship.
