Roma director Walter Sabatini insists a 2-0 defeat to Napoli left them “only moderately worried.”

The Giallorossi had caught Juventus” data-scaytid=”3″>Juventus at the top of the Serie A table midweek, but immediately fell 2-0 at the Stadio San Paolo this afternoon.

“I agree with Rudi Garcia, our first half was utterly insufficient,” said director of sport Sabatini on Roma TV.

“In today’s match there was a lot of credit for Napoli and a lot of blame for us. We are not surprised by their quality, as we always considered Napoli to be a top class team.”

Roma may be second, but they also had an extra eight points at this stage last season and have already lost twice.

“The 30 points after 10 games last term cannot be repeated, so 22 are far more balanced. We must begin again and we will. We are only moderately worried.

“Napoli showed their quality right from the start. If there hadn’t been a reaction after the break, then I would be worried.”

It is not a good way to build up to the Champions League trip to Bayern Munich, especially as they were already beaten 7-1 on home turf.

“We cannot think that a game like that won’t leave a mark. We must work to recreate an idea of ourselves and we will achieve that, because the Coach and squad are in sync.

“We are in a delicate moment and must all reflect so we can give something more.”
