Juventus striker Sebastian Giovinco may leave Serie A in January as his prospects of joining bidders Fiorentina are looking dim.
Giovinco's contract with the Bianconeri is due to expire next June and there has been much discussion regarding his future.
Juventus would have to sell him in January in order not to lose him for free, and one of the clubs continually linked with interest is Fiorentina.
Speculation continues that director general Beppe Marotta is looking to follow-up interest in Stefan Savic by including La Formica Atomica as part of any mid-season bid.
However Fiorentina are seen as unlikely to let go of one of their starters in January, whilst Giovinco's agent has again denied any contact with La Viola.
“I can say that I have never spoken with them,” Andrea D'Amico has told Tuttomercatoweb.
“The player has a contract that ends in June with Juventus and at the moment there have been no contacts.”
Tuttosport are running the line today that Giovinco has an ever increasing list of admirers aside from Fiorentina and Torino.
It is believed that Premier League teams Tottenham, Everton and Southampton are following the 27-year-old.
