In an official statement made on their site yesterday, Lazio have distributed the results of the medical exams for Cana and Lulic.

“This afternoon Lorik Cana and Senad Lulic have undergone instrumental exams at the clinic Padeia,” reads the statement.

“With regards to Cana, the exams did not highlight injuries to the muscles, so the player will continue his therapeutic protocol and his availability will be evaluated day by day.

“With regards to Lulic, the exams highlighted a second degree injury to the internal collateral ligament in the left knee, so the athlete will undergo a further check with the consultant orthopaedic Dr Lovati tomorrow [i.e. today]. The recovery times are estimated to be 40 days.”
