Xherdan Shaqiri has arrived at Inter headquarters to officially sign for the club, and will take part in training if there’s time.
The Swiss winger is just a signature away from joining the Nerazzurri from Bayern Munich, with an initial loan spell being followed up by his permanent purchase in the summer.
Gianluca Di Marzio’s website reports that Shaqiri has, in the last hour, arrived at the club’s headquarters to put pen-to-paper on a contract.
The site states that should the formalities be completed in time, Shaqiri will join up with his new teammates for an afternoon training session.
The website believes that Shaqiri could play some part in the Beneamata’s game with Genoa at the weekend, while Inter will now focus on reinforcing the midfield.
