It’s reported that Roma forward Mattia Destro has rejected a move to Torino which would have seen Fabio Quagliarella move the other way.
The Italian international is being linked with a departure from the Giallorossi, as he has had to be content with a bench role for most of this season.
Sky reports that Torino had made a bid of €15m for the striker, which would have seen Destro join the Granata on loan for six months before being purchased outright in the summer.
However, the news outlet believes that Destro rejected any such proposal, while Fabio Quagliarella, who would have gone to Roma for six months as part of the deal also said no.
Calciomercato states that officials from the Lupi are today meeting with Destro and his agent to try and settle his future one way or the other.
