The Ducali are rooted to the bottom of Serie A, and have failed to pay their players for several months. If wages are not paid by mid-February, the club could go into administration.

The club has until February 15 to settle its debts to players and staff.

Several players have already left the club, including Gabriel Palletta, Antonio Cassano and Felipe, and now Sky reports that the President has left too.

The news outlet is not sure who Taçi has sold his shares too, but rumours indicate that the news investors may be Russian or Slovenian.
