Parma have announced they will hold a Press conference today, with an update expected on the club’s future.

The Ducali are bottom of Serie A, 12 points from safety and seemingly doomed to Serie B. In addition, if outstanding player wages are not paid by Monday, the club will be placed in administration.

The Emilian side have announced that director general Pietro Leonardi will address the media at 2pm GMT at Collechio.

Parma have recently been acquired by a new consortium of investors, who have promised to pay the club’s outstanding debts.

However, with reports that those liabilities could top €90m, there is continuing concern over whether the club will make it to the end of the season.
