“I already had good indications from training and on the pitch the lads gave everything today. It was a show of character against a difficult opponent.
“We controlled the space and kept Udinese under pressure when they were in possession. We never got stretched out and we deserve credit for making Udinese play badly.
“When we were able to move the ball around quickly, we created many problems for the Udinese defence.”
