Tuttosport suggests Inter and PSG could swap Hernanes with Ezequiel Lavezzi to by-pass Financial Fair Play.
The Turin-based newspaper claims this morning that negotiations with Paris Saint-Germain had already been at an advanced stage in January and will now be revived.
Lavezzi’s contract is up in June 2016 and he has also been linked with Liverpool, but is eager for a return to Italy after his successful spell with Napoli.
Inter have another ace in the hole, as they could offer Hernanes as part of a straight swap deal.
Both clubs have fallen foul of the FFP rules, so an exchange without spending transfer funds would be useful.
The Nerazzurri signed Hernanes from Lazio in January 2014 for €22m.
They could also try to get Thiago Motta included as part of the deal.
