Ancelotti: ‘I’d go back to Milan’

Carlo Ancelotti defends current Coach Pippo Inzaghi, but admits he’d like to go back to Milan.

The Rossoneri are languishing in eighth place in Serie A, and the Real Madrid boss discussed the plight of his old club.

“Inzaghi was right to take the Milan job,” Ancelotti insisted, speaking to Canale 5.

“When you’re offered the opportunity to coach a big team you have to take it. A Coach must know how to be patient.”

Ancelotti spent eight years at Milan Coach, winning Serie A and two Champions League titles, and the 55-year-old admits he’d like to go back one day, while denying that Silvio Berlusconi interferes in team selection.

“Would I return to Milanello. Sure, it’s the only place I’d like to go back to!

“Berlusconi never told me what team to pick.”
