Clubs vie for Pjanic

Several clubs are reported to be battling for Roma’s Miralem Pjanic, including Liverpool, Barcelona and Bayern Munich.

The Bosnian midfielder has a contract until 2018, but his four goals and six assists in Serie A has apparently alerted other clubs.

According to Corriere della Sport, a bid of €30m would be enough to convince Roma to sell, with Liverpool joined in the hunt by Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich.

English media has speculated that the Catalan side would be favourites, but the fact they have a transfer ban until January 2016 could allow other clubs to get in ahead of them.
