Davide Santon says he's 'at home' with Inter and wants to stay ‘for a long time’, while discussing Newcastle United.
The full-back returned to San Siro in January, having left to join the English Premier League side in 2011, and the Italian international says he’s glad to be back.
“After four years at Newcastle, it’s an honour to be back at Inter,” Santon said, speaking at a youth workshop.
“I’m glad to be here and I hope I can stay for a long time. I’ve hard hard times, but football is about those things too.
“My experience in the Premier League helped me to grow, football is lived in a different way over there.
“Now I’m happy to be back home.”
