Fiorentina knocked out Dynamo Kiev with a strong performance at the Stadio Artemio Franchi securing a 3-1 win over two legs.

The win marked the first time the Viola have progressed this far in Europe since 2008, when they were knocked out of the UEFA Cup on penalties by Rangers.

Vesuviani fans have had to wait much longer, as the last time Napoli made it to the last four was 26 years ago, when they went on to win the UEFA Cup in 1988/89.

Sevilla are the defending champions and are fancied by many to retain their title, but for Dnipro the match is historic as it is the first time they have ever reached a European semi-final.
