Gonzalo Higuain has been fined €10,000 for insulting Parma’s players after the final whistle, following allegations the Crociati players were labelled “failures".

Lazio’s Mauricio and Federico Marchetti have had their one-match suspensions confirmed after being sent off in the defeat to Inter, with Marchetti warned for insulting the referee following his dismissal.

Vlada Avramov of Atalanta was also sent off in Week 35, and will serve a one-match ban.

Several players have also crossed the disciplinary threshold and will be banned for Week 36, having picked up too many bookings.

Bruno Peres, Daniele Padelli and Amauri of Torino will miss next weekend’s action, along with Giuseppe Brava and Davide Zappacosta [Atalanta], Alberto Costa and Sebastian Demaio [Genoa], Hernanes [Inter], Alessandro Florenzi [Roma], Andi Lila [Parma], Matias Schelotto [Chievo], and Panagiotis Tachtsidis [Verona].
