According to the Corriere dello Sport, Yaya Toure has accepted an offer to join Inter with a substantial pay cut.
It is well known that the midfielder is eager to leave Manchester City and would relish a reunion with Coach Roberto Mancini.
This evening the Corriere dello Sport’s online edition announced Yaya Toure had struck a deal with the club over personal terms.
It’s claimed the Ivory Coast international is prepared to lower his wages from €8m per season to around €5m plus performance-related bonuses.
This would be a four-year contract for the 32-year-old player.
The main issue now is to negotiate his exit from Manchester City, which could cost in the region of €15m.
