Inter are reportedly preparing a bid to sign Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado on loan until the move becomes permanent in 2016.
The Colombia international moved to London in January but has struggled to settle and the Blues are believed to be open to his departure.
Sport Mediaset believe that Cuadrado’s agent will fly to the British capital this week to complete the 27-year-old’s return to Italy.
The Italian media outlet report that the deal will consist of a €2m loan fee with a mandatory fee of €25m in 2016 to make the transfer permanent.
Former Fiorentina star Cuadrado signed a four and a half year deal at Stamford Bridge in January but has failed to impress in his 14 appearances since.
