“We reacted well, came here to take the initiative and are happy with the performance.”

Naturally, he was asked about rumours he is leaving Juve for the American MLS and New York City FC.

“I have always enjoyed playing and doing my talking on the field. At times there is too much chatter off it, but I’m used to that.

“I am still enjoying myself thankfully and that means I will continue playing as long as I feel good.

“My future? I am with the Nazionale right now, so I am thinking about the Nazionale. Euro 2016? Yes.”
