Samuel Eto’o is reportedly to leave Sampdoria for Turkish side Antalyaspor, just six months after arriving from Everton.
The Cameroonian striker has failed to settle since his return to Italy, walking out of training in February.
The former Inter man has been linked with an exit this summer, and Carlo Laudisa of Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Eto’o agreed a deal with newly-promoted Antalyaspor in Milan today.
Samp President Massimo Ferrero has already admitted that he believes the 34-year-old will leave to ‘follow his heart and his wallet’.
Eto’o arrived in January from Everton, but scored just two goals in 18 Serie A appearances. The Blucerchiati are thought to be receiving €1m as a transfer fee.
