Napoli sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli is reportedly in London to meet Udinese President Giampaolo Pozzo for Allan.
The Brazilian defensive midfielder is a target for both the Partenopei and Inter, but it appears the former are ready to move forward in the race for his signature.
Sky reports that Giuntoli and Pozzo will meet in London today, with the Vesuviani proposing a transfer fee of €15m.
The deal could also include players such as Miguel Britos moving to Watford, the English side owned by the Pozzo family which has just won promotion to the Premier League.
