Urbano Cairo, interviewed by La Gazzetta dello Sport, claimed that everything is going to according to plan.
“Our objective was reached because we gave our Coach a team that is already complete as he heads for the training ground in Bormio,” he said.
“He possesses such excellent qualities that he knows how to develop the potential of our players.
“The longer he's with them in the training ground, which is the crucial time for work to be set up, the better.
“I'm happy for Darmian and I hope Manchester can be a starting point for him.
“Baselli and Zappacosta? [President Antonio] Percassi is a man of his word and we reached an agreement quickly.
“We're pleased to have them with us, they are two U21 internationals and I hope that the Toro canbe a consacration for them.
“As for signing a striker, we're working on it.”
