Fredy Guarin’s agent had “no contact with Juventus, rejected Fenerbahce” and insisted he wants to stay at Inter.
The Colombian international is one of those rumoured to be on the transfer list this summer and is reportedly a target for Juve if Sami Khedira’s hamstring injury is serious.
“I can say I’ve had no contact with Juventus,” agent Marcelo Ferreyra told Fantagazzetta.
“I don’t know if they spoke to Inter, but they have not contacted me. Guarin’s intentions are clear. He is respected by the club and Coach, so he wants to stay and help the Nerazzurri win trophies.
“It’s true we received an offer from Fenerbahce, but we rejected it, speaking very clearly from the start with the Turkish club.
“Something arrived from Saudi Arabia, but we didn’t even take that into consideration. Fredy wants to be a protagonist in the football that matters.
“I repeat, he wants to stay at Inter and win with this jersey. Of course we know the market is unpredictable, but there’s no reason to consider other options.”
