Porto left-back Alex Sandro has arrived in Turin and will have his Juventus medical tomorrow ahead of a €20m move.
On Wednesday evening the 24-year-old Brazilian flew in to Turin and was not in training with Porto today.
According to Spanish newspaper As, the move will be worth around €20m with added bonuses of up to €5m.
His contract with Porto is due to expire in June 2016, so Manchester City were hoping to poach the defender on a free next year.
“Alex Sandro arrives and he has great quality and attacking drive,” said Allegri today.
“I think we can close things for Alex Sandro in the evening,” Marotta told reporters this afternoon.
