Danilo D’Ambrosio “could join Marseille, though there are options in Italy, England and Germany,” said the Inter full-back’s agent.

The former Torino man is one of the players no longer required at San Siro and has been linked with a move to Olympique Marseille.

“We are talking about a very important club that signed a great Coach like Michel recently,” agent Vincenzo Pisacane told Foot Mercato.

“We are talking about a very important club that signed a great Coach like Michel recently,” agent Vincenzo Pisacane told Foot Mercato.

“It could be a solution for Danilo, although there are other options. For now we are looking at the situation and Marseille is a very significant destination.

“The player does not have an agreement with Marseille. I know the clubs are discussing terms and there has been contact between them, but I don’t know what they said.

“Nothing is finalised and I have not yet spoken to the Olympique Marseille directors. I repeat, there are other options in Italy, England and Germany.”

The representative was also asked about D’Ambrosio’s rapport with Coach Roberto Mancini.

“We haven’t spoken to the Coach yet. He had always relied on him, but made other choices. We’ll see.”
