Inter are believed to be close to finally completing a deal for Wolfsburg’s Ivan Perisic.
The Nerazzurri have been pursuing the Croatian international all summer, but have been unable to agree a fee with his club.
However, Sky is now reporting that the two clubs have reached an agreement, and are working to complete the transfer this evening.
The news outlet believes that Die Wolfe have given Perisic the green light to move to Inter, but there are still some details to be worked out with the method of payment.
It’s expected that the formula of the transfer will be a loan for this season, with a mandatory buyout clause for next summer, though there is slight disagreement on the figures involved.
Inter are willing to pay a higher price for the loan, in order to reduce the amount paid next summer, while Wolfsburg may be keen to receive a transfer fee.
Despite this, it now seems unlikely the deal will not take place, with Perisic very close to becoming an Inter player.
