Inter’s new signing Adem Ljajic describes Sunday’s derby with Milan as ‘a special game’.
The Nerazzurri will meet their city rivals in the Derby della Madonnina on Sunday evening, and the Serbian understands the importance of the fixture.
“We hadn’t been thinking about this match,” Ljajic told a Press conference as he was officially unveiled, having joined on deadline day.
“We only arrived [from international duty] two days ago, but from now we’ve started to think about it. It’s a special game for all of us, and for the fans. It’s an important derby all over the world.
“We’ll give everything on the pitch, then we’ll see.
“Knowing [Milan Coach Sinisa] Mihajlovic, sooner or later they’ll have a great season, they’ve signed good players and they’re a strong team.
“They have a good Coach with a lot of quality, and even if they’re not yet playing as they want to, they can still cause us problems.
“We have to be careful.”
