Milan-Inter probable line-ups

Coach Roberto Mancini's Inter is almost in full force against Milan, who need to patch several injuries.

The Derby della Madonnina kicks off tonight at 19.45 UK time.

Mancini seems unable to field Joao Miranda and will be forced to fall back on Gary Medel in the middle of the defence, with Andrea Ranocchia also ready as an alternative.

Other than that the Nerazzurri will be able to count largely on their best possible XI, including their discussed new signings Geoffrey Kondogbia, Ivan Perisic and Stevan Jovetic. Mauro Icardi is also back from injury and ready to play.

Milan's Sinisa Mihajlovic has some more work to do filling holes, as Luca Antonelli, Jeremy Menez, Andrea Bertolacci and M'Baye Niang are all injured.

This will give space to some less regular players, particularly in the midfield. Captain Riccardo Montolivo will attempt to claim back his Rossoneri spot next to Juraj Kucka.

The remaining two positions in the middle are contested between Giacomo Bonaventura, Andrea Poli and Keisuke Honda.

No surprises in Milan's attack as Carlos Bacca and Luiz Adriano continue to dominate the scene, with Mario Balotelli starting from the bench.

Inter probable XI: Handanovic; Juan Jesus, Murillo, Medel, Santon; Kondogbia, Felipe Melo, Guarin; Perisic; Icardi, Jovetic.

Milan probable XI: Diego Lopez; Abate, Zapata, Romagnoli, De Sciglio; Bonaventura, Montolivo, Kucka; Honda; Luiz Adriano, Bacca.
