Milan's joint-CEO Adriano Galliani is reportedly being investigated over a possible involvement in Parma's bankruptcy.
An investigation is exploring the details of the Ducali's collapse from Serie A into complete ruin and subsequent demotion to Serie D.
Galliani is accused of involvement in fraudulent bankruptcy, according to La Gazzetta di Parma.
Apparently the director could be charged with speculation over the signing of defender Gabriel Paletta, who joined the Rossoneri in February 2015 at €2.5m, an amount believed to be undervalued.
