“I have no regrets, though a thousand things happened that didn't allow me to play at my best. My experience in Manchester was fantastic.

“I lost one week's worth of training but I'm feeling good and I'll be ready by Sunday."

JoJo then discussed the dark moment of his past injury.

“I broke my cruciate ligament at the age of 20 and that was the worst moment in my career. That's when you see who your true friends are.

“I always knew that I was going to come back stronger than I was before.”
