Striker Mauro Icardi reveals Roberto Mancini was 'the Coach who taught me the most', and speaks of Inter's approach to the beautiful game.

The Argentine is at the heart of the Biscione's strike-force alongside Stevan Jovetic, and Mancini will be counting on him to break down Juventus this Sunday.

“He's the Coach who was able to counsel me the most,” he told Il Secolo XIX. “I learned how to be a man who works for the team thanks to him.

“He's the Coach who was able to counsel me the most,” he told Il Secolo XIX. “I learned how to be a man who works for the team thanks to him.

“Does he scream? The secrets of the changing room are sacred! But in the past I've had Coaches who screamed a lot, in particular [Giuseppe] Iachini and [Walter] Mazzarri.

“Certain insults, at the right moment, can fire you up.”

Inter have sometimes been criticised for not playing the most beautiful game in Serie A, but the Argentinian striker thinks that question is irrelevant.

“Inter play to win, everything else matters less than zero. If you lose during the week, you end up not training at your best.

“This in turn increases the likelihood that you'll drop points which you do not pick back up.

“Argentina? I don't live with the anxiety of the national team. If they call me that's good, otherwise I'll keep working as I do. I am Argentinian.”
