Barca sporting director Ariedo Braida was spotted at the Mapei Stadium during the Neroverdi’s 2-1 win against Lazio on October 18.

However, Tuttomercatoweb have reported today that two unnamed English Premier League clubs have also joined the hunt.

The website writes that the clubs have been monitoring the 23-year-old’s performances for weeks and that the club and the player’s representatives have already received unofficial expressions of interest.

Vrsaljko is highly sought after, but Sassuolo director Giovanni Carnevali recently warned that the club ‘want to keep him’.
