The former Azzurri Coach is at his second game with the Felsinei, and he will be hoping for a repeat of the last 3-0 win when he plays tomorrow against Verona.

“We worked well over the week, after the positive result which restored our confidence,” he said in today's Press conference, in reference to Bologna's victory over Atalanta.

“But in Serie A Bologna won perhaps twice in Verona and this is significant.

“We're up against an excellent team whose position in the standings is similar to ours, partly due to their many injuries.

“We haven't had a draw since last year, but I wouldn't sign for that result. We should go and trust in our odds.

“The team's development depends on their mental condition, but the substantial result last Sunday gave us self-esteem.

“This lets us start from a position of confidence, but we'll have to play with the maximum determination and ferocity, because that's how they'll play too.”
