Milan Badelj believes Fiorentina “have been under-estimated” and can stay top of Serie A all the way to the Scudetto.

“Florence is brimming with enthusiasm at this first place in the table,” Badelj told reporters from international duty in Croatia.
“Currently the standings are very tight, but we are a good team and we want to stay up there all the way.

“Someone probably under-estimated Fiorentina, seeing as we didn’t win anything last season.
“Nikola Kalinic is a player I admire a great deal and in my view he went to the Premier League too early. He did well at Dnipro, albeit without much visibility, but now in Italy everyone can see his quality.”
