Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici is reportedly in London to speak with Chelsea about Oscar.
The Old Lady have been linked with the Brazil international since last summer and Tuttosport has reported that Paratici has been seen in London.
Chelsea have struggled in their title defence this season and the paper believes that the 24-year-old could be allowed to leave as Jose Mourinho plans a squad overhaul.
The report also says that the attacking midfielder’s value has dropped since the summer and that a deal could happen for around €30m.
The relationship between the Bianconeri and Oscar’s representatives is reportedly very good, as they had met several times last summer.
The Blues will meet Juve to discuss the future of on-loan winger Juan Cuadrado soon, and Tuttosport believes that this meeting will also represent a chance to begin talks for Oscar.
