Saint-Etienne midfielder Valentin Eysseric sees an “opportunity” when Lazio visit in the Europa League tomorrow.

There is nothing to play for in Group G, with both sides already sure of qualification, and the Aquile having won the group with a match to spare.

“We’re already through, but facing Lazio is still a nice game to play,” Eysseric acknowledged in the pre-match Press conference.

“I saw the Biancocelesti play Juventus, they’re very fast on the wings. This game is an opportunity for everyone to show that they can do.

“We’re lucky from that point of view, we have a great group and there’s space for everyone. We have to prepare this game as a big match, for everyone who will be at the stadium.”

Eysseric was also asked who he would like to face in the Last 32 of the competition.

“I’m starting to look at possible opponents. I noticed that Manchester United didn’t get through in the Champions League yesterday…”
