Roma captain Francesco Totti has met with club President James Pallotta this morning, with renewal talks likely.
The 39-year-old’s current deal expires at the end of the season, and it was reported this week that he will be offered a one-year extension.
CalcioNews24 reports that the forward arrived at Hotel De Russie at around 9am this morning for a breakfast meeting with the Giallorossi President.
It’s thought that the renewal would have been a topic of discussion, as well as the current situation of the team, with the Lupi having gone five games without a win in all competitions.
In addition, it’s thought a future directorship role for Totti may have been discussed, with the club keen to hang on to their talisman even after he hangs up his boots.
