Five Inter exits to balance books?

Inter will reportedly try to sell or loan out at least five players in January in order to balance their books.

Corriere dello Sport writes today that the Nerazzurri’s budget is currently €7m in the red, which must be rectified to satisfy UEFA’s financial fair play rules.

The newspaper believes that Roberto Mancini’s side will look to find loan deals for fringe players such as Dodo, Rey Manaj and Assane Gnoukouri.

The club will also look to cut short Martin Montoya’s loan from Barcelona, despite the Spaniard finally making appearances for the San Siro club in the last two games.

The Nerazzurri do not want to make the deal permanent and the report says they are keen to cut costs on his salary.

The final player set to be sacrificed is former captain Andrea Ranocchia, who has lost his place in the team this year and could bring in a transfer fee during the January window.
