Line-ups: Sampdoria-Milan

Carlos Bacca and M’Baye Niang lead the line for Milan, as they visit Sampdoria in the Coppa Italia.

Veteran goalkeeper Christian Abbiati comes in for Gianluigi Donnarumma, while Philippe Mexes is given a chance to impress in central defence.

For the hosts, Antonio Cassano is dropped after an ineffective showing against Lazio on Monday, with Luis Muriel taking his place.
