“For me, this is a highly significant match. Empoli are among the most difficult opponents and their place in the standings speaks volumes.
“We'll need the highest levels of motivation, and we cannot afford to underestimate anything.
“I expect my lads to show me a performance of great depth, and a further improvement after the game against Genoa, individually and as a team as well. We must believe in our abilities.
“[Lorenzo] Crisetig? He's a young fellow but he has potential. I expect the proper approach to the match from him. He must show what he can do.
“He'll know how to express his skills and his manner of playing.”
