Milan Bisevac has reportedly arrived in Rome for his Lazio medical after saying goodbye to Lyon fans.
Reports emerged yesterday that the Aquile were very close to completing a deal for the Serbian centre-back, with only a medical now standing in their way.
LaLazioSiamoNoi report that the 32-year-old arrived at Fiumicino airport this morning and is now on his way to the Paideia clinic for a medical.
The outlet believes that Lazio will pay a fee of around €1.5m for the defender, who greeted reporters at the airport by saying: “Forza Lazio!”
Bisevac’s move seemed inevitable after he bid farewell to Lyon with a message to fans on his Twitter account this morning.
“At every club, more than trophies, the most important thing is the fans,” he wrote.
“Thank you to everyone for the messages of support.”
