Eusebio Di Francesco accused Sassuolo of “immaturity” and confirms Sergio Floccari requested a transfer.
The Neroverdi were pegged back 2-2 on home turf by Frosinone this afternoon.
“Frosinone played well and were courageous, but considering the chances created we deserved to win,” the Coach told Rai Sport.
“We always kept possession and the initiative, but weren’t sharp enough in front of goal. This is one of our recurring problems.
“We tried to keep the concentration levels up during the winter break and didn’t do too badly. We do need to mature, though.”
Floccari was left out of the squad amid rumours of an imminent transfer to Bologna.
“He asked to leave, but these are issues down to the club.”
