According to Sky Sport Italia, Spalletti has already worked out the details of his arrival and accepted an 18-month contract.
Garcia could therefore be sacked on Wednesday morning and Spalletti announced as his replacement.

Today Garcia and his girlfriend to all intents and purposes confirmed the dismissal was imminent, though he took charge of the two training sessions.
Primavera youth team Coach Alberto De Rossi, the father of midfielder Daniele, is expected to run Wednesday’s morning session.
It is a return to Roma for Spalletti, who was at the helm from 2005 to 2009.
He was the last Coach to win any silverware with the club and came closest to the Scudetto.
“If I go back, it’ll be to finish what I started,” he told friends according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
