President Silvio Berlusconi's emissaries and Bee Taechaubol have finished their meeting, as news about Milan's future are expected this afternoon.

The summit began yesterday in the Chinese city of Shenzhen, as Mr Bee met with a delegation of shareholders from Fininvest, the holding company owned by Berlusconi.

The Thai broker was expected to reveal the details, including names and surnames, of every investor involved in the proposed deal to buy 48 per cent of the shares of Milan.

The meeting was highly anticipated, after months of delays and deferrals, and suspicions that the deal might have been a scam.

The summit went on for longer than expected and late into the night.

According to Gazzetta.it, the meeting is now over and the delegation from Fininvest is flying back to Italy from Shenzhen.

No details have been disclosed yet as to the outcome of the meeting, though updates are expected this afternoon.
