Mirko Vucinic wants to end his career with Lecce and “it doesn’t make any difference” what division they’re in.
The Montenegrin forward, who also played for Juventus and Roma, joined Al Jazira in the UAE in 2014, but would like to return to Italy to finish his career.
“I’m thinking of ending my career at Lecce,” Vucinic told Sky.
“Even if they’re in the Lega Pro, Serie B, Serie A or D, it doesn’t make any difference.”
The Salentini are currently in Lega Pro, the third tier of Italian football, sitting fourth in Group C, four points behind leaders Casertana.
