The Thai property tycoon has agreed to buy a 48 per cent stake in the club, for an investment of close to €500m.
It’s not thought the deal will be concluded tomorrow, but the fact the pair are set to hold a face-to-face meeting for the first time in three months is seen as a major step forward.
