The 19-year-old Brazilian striker is sent out on loan to Inter Zapresic.
Venezuelan centre-forward Arteaga only joined Palermo on January 4 from Zulia FC and was signed to a contract until June 2020.

Simone Colombi was recalled early from a loan spell at Cagliari and has now been sent out again to Carpi, who have an option to buy at the end of the season.
